Blank with soft pressing. The must ferments with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. The Chardonnay is fermented in barrels and assembled to the cuvée before the draft stage. After draught, the cuvée ferments in bottle in La Versa's Caveau. Aged for at least 150 months on the lees and 12 months of élevage in the bottle.
