Blank with soft pressing. Temperature-controlled fermentation with selected yeasts. The cuvée re-ferments in the bottle with yeast strains exclusive to La Versa. It ages 60 months on the lees and at least 6 months in the bottle after disgorgement.
Excellent for aperitifs and is exalted when served with the finest dishes.
