With the enactment of Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 on 3/30/2023, new regulations on whistleblowing were introduced.

The measure, which implements European Directive 2019/1937, brings together in a single piece of legislation the entire regulation of reporting channels and protections afforded to whistleblowers, both public and private sector.

Terre d'Oltrepò, in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 in order to counter behaviors or events that may constitute a violation of laws or regulations (national or European Union) and to protect the public interest and the integrity of the entity itself, has activated a platform for reports of unlawful conduct.

The use of the platform allows the reporter to maintain the anonymity of the identity of the reporting person, the person involved and the person otherwise mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and related documentation.
Once the report has been submitted, the system will issue a receipt with the report identification number, which the reporter is asked to keep.

No retaliation or discrimination, direct or indirect, may result against anyone who has made a report in good faith. As per the regulations, sanctions are provided against those who violate the whistleblower protection measures.

All reports are strictly confidential. Any personal data contained in the report will be treated in accordance with the data protection regulations and the GDPR Policy adopted by the company.
